• Orders are discussed by WhatsApp or email, not bought online here

Made to order and enquiries

Each piece is personalised and made to order. The website shows our work and styles; exact materials, design, price and timeline are confirmed with you in writing before we begin. We do not take online payments through this website.

Quotes, deposits and payment

We confirm your design, materials, price and timeline before work starts. Custom orders usually require a deposit, with the balance due before dispatch. Payment is arranged directly with you through the methods we agree.

Production and delivery

Made-to-order timelines are estimates shared for each piece. We keep you updated and ship with insured, tracked couriers in India and worldwide. Any duties or import taxes are the client's responsibility.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Because each piece is personalised, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started, and bespoke items are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If anything arrives faulty, contact us promptly and we will put it right.

Materials, authenticity and intellectual property

We use certified diamonds, hallmarked gold and quality polki, with certificates available on request; handmade pieces carry natural, minor variations.
